Net cashflow = gross revenue − operating expenses − debt service. After-tax sets aside an income-tax reserve at the rate in Settings. Occupancy/lodging tax is collected from guests and remitted (pass-through), so it is excluded from owner expense here.
These assumptions are fully editable — this is the sandbox for plugging in AirDNA market data or your own targets. In production each slider can pull a default from real market comps and your booking pace.

Import Baselane transactions
Export your transactions from Baselane as CSV and drop the file here. Baselane’s own category tags are kept exactly as they are; anything untagged is categorized by Claude. Re-importing an overlapping export is safe — duplicates are matched on Baselane’s transaction ID, or on a date + amount + description fingerprint when no ID is present.
